Our products aren’t like any other cloud computing products. We all share the same values: offering a more environmentally friendly vision of IT. We’re always original, never a “me-too” company. Our team members are smart, hard-working individuals full of creativity, dedication, and share the ability to be excellent and to energize others with a healthy sense of fun.
We prefer partners that share our values and mindset, applying good eco-driving’s basic principles. We are particularly vigilant on heat management, paper consumption and our employees’ equipment environmental impacts. We encourage our employees bicycle commuting; use public transport network and carpooling. Our offices are situated in a very peaceful part of Paris, Metro Mairie de Montreuil, near the Bois de Vincennes.

Two to Ten and more
It all started in 2009; they were two who founded Hedera Technology: Jérémie and Antoine. The team has grown since but has kept the same energy that liven-up the company in the first days. Despite different office rooms, the IT / R&D and sales and marketing & business team get along very well and work together to clear the canopy of the Cloud's jungle--in harmony. One can feel the Open Source philosophy, all our engineers see Linux as THE solution to problems. Corporate meetings are organized once a month where each team can share their work, successes and toughest IT problems.
Hedera’s culture is all about providing everyone who works here with the opportunity to exercise their responsibility, integrity and creativity while growing themselves, their careers, and our business at the pace of ivy: Hedera. At Hedera Technology, R&D team is the cornerstone of innovation since the start.
Lucheon
We luncheon wherever we feel like it (at work in a real large kitchen within our building, available and shared by several companies) and especially enjoy the sweet Parisian life with its many unique places to get something really good to eat. Most aren’t fancy, but are places where you’ll find a good mix of French recipes with lots of exotic far-away dishes as well.
Power Naps
You’ll discover several comfortable sofas in a relaxing spot (Salle NORACK or meeting rooms) where some colleagues take a mid-day nap daily. They call it “power naps”, 15 minutes to boost productivity.
Dress Code
Our dress code is business casual (khakis, polo/button-up shirt) with casual Fridays (jeans). Hedera Technology’s business casual code keeps the environment reasonably professional, and developers feel that they can still work passionately if being able to wear t-shirts/jeans/sneakers. So far the fashion ‘police’ won’t be called if you come with jeans or flip-flop.
Newcomers’ & Tradition
We love to celebrate new colleague's arrival and Hedera's important moments around a drink--new contracts, new businesses, new coffee machine, new t-shirts and so much more.
We now have a tradition for each new team member: they have to set-up their own green chair! Of course, we do give a little help if things get too complicated (we don't want them to get hurt on their first day).
